YongJun (永骏) often known as YJ® is a Chinese cube brand that belongs to Yongjun Technology Industrial Co., Ltd located in Chenghai District, Shantou city (Guangdong Province). The company specializes in educational toys and puzzles. They started already in 2008 to produce the “Type D” cube. YJ® have created a number of really good quality magnetic WCA puzzles, and their MGC® sub-brand has become really popular in the last years, with very good feedbacks from speed-cubers. in 2012 they have also created the separate sub-brand MoYu® as a production platform for third-party puzzle designers. The head of this platform (and probably owner of the brand) was Chen Yong Huang, who left the company and founded his own company using MoYu® brand. He did partner with YongJun for some time to take advantage of their manufacturing capabilities, but now they have started manufacturing very good quality speed cubes completely independently as MoYu®. You can still find the YJ® logo on some MoYu® boxes today because some models are still co-branded.
